Nicolas Cage ruins more movies

Nicolas Cage has had his share of abortions. He's in the upcoming Bangkok dangerous. He's ruined several movies before(Gone in 60 Secs, etc. Need I say more?). Recently, he made me loathe an absolutely badass comic book hero(Ghost Rider). Now, he' s settling for less popular comic blood. He's in an adaptation of Kick-Ass by Mark Millar and John Romita Jr. and brought to the screen by Matthew Vaughn. Luckily, it's not a starring role.

No, for the title part and leading role – of a teenager called Dave Lizewski who, tired of being a dweeb, reinvents himself as a (powerless) superhero named Kick-Ass – has gone to an unknown British actor called Aaron Johnson (who can be seen in Angus, Thongs And Perfect Snogging).

Cage will play a former cop who, in his quest to bring down a druglord, has trained his teenage daughter (Chloe Moretz) to be a lethal weapon.

Also joining the cast – which already boasted McLovin himself, Christopher Mintz-Plasse as Kick-Ass’ nemesis, The Red Mist – is Lyndsy Fonseca, who plays the object of Kick-Ass’ affection
(unfortunately, she thinks he’s gay).

Well, I like the premise. I'm holding my breath if Nicolas Cage is in it, though. The only good thing he's been in recently was Nazi Werewolf Women of the S.S., and that was only a fake trailer.
